It’s A Fine Line – the collaboration between Tim Paris and Ivan Smagghe – is back and they mean business. “Do The Hot Tar” is a disjointed jam with a weird toy-keyboard sort of melody and a sweeping synth bassline, which gradually becomes the centre of focus. On the flip “Bachbeat” revolves around a very repetitive synth riff and a galloping bassline & beat combo.
