Following the 2010 remake of “Clamber”, Rootknox is proud to welcome Jesper Dahlbäck onboard with his late 90′s founded Brommage Dub project. The first track is all about producing electronic music without the help of Ableton and modern audio sequencing programs, taking us back to the days of tweaking synthesizers and arranging those live on a mixing desk into a 2-track dat recorder – giving soul and depth to the music. This being a decade Paul remembers very well from his Taksi project together with Andre Galluzzi.

He needs no introduction. One of the best Dub Techno producers of these days, his albums on Kompakt and Echochord are a good proof of it. After all these years following his trail, we now have Mikkel with us in AvantRoots. Three original tracks each one suiting different situations. In “Lommer” we find his classic kind of production, a nice, slow techno track. “Show” shows us a dubby house work, and “Booms” is a dancefloor monster.
